1. Out-of-warranty repairs: customers must fill out a form with tracking information, ship their miner to the Great Voyage facility in Nashua, NH, and wait for an email invoice before the fixed miner is shipped back.
2. In-warranty repairs: customers must obtain a repair ticket from Bitmain and select the Great Voyage facility in NH for repair. The repair queue and shipping queue are independent, and the turnaround time depends on communication with Bitmain customer service. For in-warranty repairs, customers receive a replacement miner with the same warranty as the original.
