Description
DELV was founded by Massachusetts-based brother and sister team Joe and Patty Stefanelli—two experts in the crypto industry and founders of Cryptech Solutions. In addition to becoming the largest volume reseller of ASICs in North America, they’ve worked since 2016 to build out communities and make the hardware market a safer place for buyers and sellers to transact.
With their experience, it was clear the next step would be to help the mining industry take a proactive approach to safer infrastructure, not only by manufacturing safer products but also by actively working to educate the community. Partnering with QES, a U.S. manufacturing and engineering firm, DELV is setting new standards for the crypto community—with an emphasis on integrity, quality and the best of service in crypto mining solutions.

Main Products
Holstr
Holstr crypto mining container considers your mining needs, with a cross bar, breakers and shelving, and the ability to easily change the number or height of shelves. Once tied into your transformer, you’re good to go. Not for outdoor use or as a standalone.
Holstr 3R
We took everything from our original design and put it in a weather-resistant NEMA 3R electrical enclosure with filtration and CFM fans built in for airflow. It’s intentionally designed as a reach-in rather than a walk-in for maximum compliance. Place it on a concrete pad outdoors, tie it to your transformer, and you’re in business.
Transformers
We can source transformers domestically or internationally from one of our many manufacturing partners. We can even have it built to your specifications.
Switchgear
With stamped engineering and an arc flash mitigation add-on, our custom-built switchgear will meet your exact needs.
